TOX SIL Botulinum polypeptide-1 + PDO / PLGA material

As TOX SIL is a new concept of suture that combines Botulinum polypeptide-1 with PDO / PLGA suture,
it provides various effects of Botox effect and thread lifting by simple procedures.

PDO Monofilament

  • PDO (polydioxanone) activates the skin cells at the insertion site, enhancing skin elasticity, removing flabby cheek and wrinkles, and gives lifting effects to the entire face.

PGLA Multifilament

  • As PGLA is a biocompatible and biodegradable suture that is combined with poly glycolic acid (PGA) and polylactic acid (PLA), it has the advantage of implanting without surgical operation to induce regeneration of extracellular matrix such as collagen and elastin, and form selftissue.It can also be coated with a larger amount of Botulinum polypeptide-1 with Multifilament that combine PGA and PLA that is Monofilament.

What is Botulinum polypeptide-1?

Botulinum Toxin destroys the protein SNAP-25 and blocks "SNARE Complex". As a result, it suppresses the release of the Acethylcholine vesicle and it paralyzes muscles, thereby improving wrinkles.
